Shahnawaz was actively involved in the development of Sales strategy in-line with the overall company strategy & goals that includes tactics, sales plan and profit targeting. Shahnawaz has successfully delivered more than AED 1.2 Billion during the tenure with biggest real estate developer in UAE.

I have served as “Deputy Head of Sales” due to sheer merit of Business deliverance and Performance. He has won several awards as a “Best Regional Sales Director” in the first quarter of 2018 amongst all 10 Regional Sales Director for exceeding sales and collections. Two times Best Employee of the Year in 2017 in highest sales and collections. Annually recognized as one of the highest sales and collection in 2016, 2015 working with one of the biggest real estate developer in UAE.
